The foods we eat define us.

Not only do they become who we are physically, but they also define us culturally, socially, and economically.

We also know what we choose to put into our body has wide ranging impacts on people and the planet.

You hear so much about the impact of your food choices. You want to do the right thing but it all seems overwhelming; far too much to think about when you just want to get the grocery shopping done in that tight space between soccer practice and ballet recitals.

What’s a conscientious person to do?

Why not just cut through the noise is to avoid the choices all together? No don’t stop eating. Start growing as much of your own food as you can.

Yikes! How are you going to find time to do that? BeLocal is here to show you how.
